ACCESSIBILITY

OneSixtyFive warmly welcomes all guests. Due to the age of the Main House, however, it is not completely wheelchair accessible. So that all guests can enjoy the inn, we have taken significant steps to remove barriers where possible. We offer the following ADA compliant features:

  • The Carriage House entrance offers a path directly from the parking lot and is wheelchair accessible.

  • Rooms 10 and 11, on the first floor of the Carriage House, offer handicapped accessible bathrooms.

  • Beds in Room 11 can be lowered to be ADA compliant.

  • The Main House can be entered via a ramp at the rear entrance, allowing access to the Dining Room, Pub165, and the Library.

  • Guests with legitimate service dogs will be provided access to all areas of the inn where members of the public are allowed to go.

  • For special accommodation needs, please call us directly at 207-729-4914 so we can help you determine the best guest room to ensure you have a comfortable arrival and enjoyable stay.

DEPOSIT / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Room reservations must be guaranteed with either a credit card (VISA, MC, American Express or Discover) or check. We charge a one-night deposit at the time of booking. The remaining charge will be processed at checkin.

  • OneSixtyFive values each reservation made by our guests. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date in order to receive your deposit back less a $25 cancellation fee. 

  • Within 72 hours prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable. After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full per the original reservation.

  • Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high travel times.

  • Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.

  •  Check-out time is by 11:00 a.m.
